Policies

• Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. In order to keep costs down for everyone, we do not offer billing as an option for payment.
• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit cards, cash, checks, and CareCredit.
• Rabies and Distemper vaccinations need to be up to date for dogs and cats that will be admitted into the hospital.
• APPOINTMENT POLICY: To ensure there is ample time given to address the needs of each of our patients, we ask that an appointment be made in advance. Please understand emergencies happen and they take precedence over regularly scheduled appointments. We cannot always foresee emergencies or appointments that go over their allotted time. We make our best effort to see appointments as scheduled.
